Since the old doctors have left the practice has gone down hill. To get an appointment is a nightmare. 178 calls one morning for the last appointment. If that had gone I'd have to phone the next day. The reception staff think they're the doctors, very rude and unhelpful. In the process of leaving.

Virtually impossible to get an appt as the line engaged for the half hour we have to make appts. At least one doctor seems uninterested in patient care and there is another doctor you would not make an appt with.

The only way of booking an appointment with the surgery is ringing at 8am, it is engaged until around 9 and then all the appointments are gone! You can't book appointments in advance and so for anyone working it's impossible to get to see a doctor! Very poor service. Receptionists rude.

They have an phone appointment system that is not fit for purpose every time I have ever tried to get an appointment (you have to ring at a set time) they have all gone by the time i get through. This morning i made 64 attempts before i got through (over half an hour on redial) so calling on average every 30 seconds but phone just gives engaged tone there is no oportunity to be put into a que so people can be taken in a logical order. when you finally get throught the worlds mose unhelpfull and quite argumentative 'receptionist' tells you "you should have rung earlier" I am relatively young health and have a redail button on my mobile. I cant imagine how a sick, elderly pateint with a dail phone would ever get through they are more likely to die trying. I have asked to speak to the practice manager about it but they wont return my call and the receptionist refuses to give her name. Its a shocking way to treat sick people.

The receptionists are extremely rude and patronising, you can not privately talk to them as the window is in the waiting area so everybody can hear. The surgery is very out dated and has never been modernised for at least 30 years. When and if you get to see a Doctor they don't listen.
